The first NCR server was the Tower 1632.  It contained a Motorola 68000 processor and ran the UNIX System Five Release Four (SVR4) Operating System.  It was used both as a print and file server for local area networked PCs, and as a World Wide Web page server for PCs running the Netscape WEB browser.

So, no doubt here. And the winner,- sorry,- and the very first NCR server is the NCR Tower 1632.

Thank you, Herb!
