I think that I may have an NCR Decision Mate V.  However, I am not sure. By the pictures it looks similiar. The information on the rear panel of the computer is as follows:
NCR class 3284
Model 1102
Ser # 15-15927834
tracer 04946

I also have the following user manuals which are in really good condition:
Personal Computer
Basic
DOS
Lotus 1-2-3

The 3284 model is the NCR PC4. The Decision Mate V was model 3273.
