According to NCR history, Patterson was awarded a "parchment" by women employees of NCR in 1905 recognizing him as the "apostle of the working woman."  The Women in NCR (WIN) want to replicate this parchment and introduce it as a recurring award to someone who is supportive of women in the workplace.  Does anyone know where to find this?  Thanks for your help!

Hello
All the surving NCR documents should be in the NCR Archive at the Montgomery County Historical Society although it may be at the Patterson Homestead.

The parchments or testimonials were usualy recorded in the NCR magazine.
I have checked the copies I have for 1905 and early 1906 but I could find no mention of this.
Is it possible that it was a different year as John H. was travelling around the world at the begining of the year?
Where did you find the reference to the parchment?

Regards
